Wondering how your kitchen cupboards are doing nutritionally? Need a bit of guidance to help you build a solid nutritional base in your home? Let Nikki help! She will come to your home and help you determine which foods in your pantry are nutritious and which should be replaced by healthier options.  Based on your needs a shopping list will be provided, basic nutrition and label reading will be covered, meal, snack ideas will be discussed, and recipes will be provided. This fee is for 2 hours.
